Collaborative Web sites organize information, encourage participation
"Because we are scattered," said Never Again's Communications Coordinator Clare-Marie White, "it is very difficult to know what [members] don't know, so we really need ways of sharing knowledge when people travel."To overcome this obstacle, Never Again adopted a wiki.
